I reached out to Dianne just to get some ideas without an expectation of her taking this on. However, she took off and worked extremely hard to find our dream house in the price range we wanted. When my original plan for financing fell through she told me not to worry as she had a contact that she felt could help. She put me in contact with a finance contact and we took off from there.
